NO UPFRONT PRICING… It seemed that I had to go a around about way to get to the tickets I was interested with. Also it appears there isn't upfront pricing like other sites. I was somewhat surprised at the high fees, not so much with the taxes. I have to print receipts and or tickets, and yet I'm paying fees, doesn't seem right.

Overall good experience Richard at TicketsAtWork reached out and explained that Preferred Access tickets are delivered through third parties so may not be discounted. I understand that now, and he also helped me out with my order by providing a voucher to cover the additional ticket fee's charged. Overall, I had a good experience and would look here again for future ticket purchases. The price of Preferred Access tickets was very comparable to what we could find in seat geek. But my general feedback is that it would be a better user experience if you include the taxes and fee's in the price of the ticket when choosing the seat, rather than at the end of the checkout process.
