However, routinely, when I try to check out and get insurance for the tickets, payments do not process due to a mismatch in the charge amounts. Please fix this bug.

I have been trying to get in contact… I have been trying to get in contact with T@W for a few days now. Been on hold and have not been able to speak to anyone. Have put in 2 "contact us" cases and still noone has responded. This will be the LAST time I use Tickets at Work. I have always had good luck with them, but all of a sudden I am getting no customer service. I do not have order number because I never received an email confirmation nor is it listed under my orders on the website.
