GBConfident and what they do I was told that I would have my visa within 28 days, they provided the visa and they maintained contact and answered questions when I called regarding the progress of my visa app. It was nearly the same cost if I went to the consulate myself, but the consulate could not guarantee that I would have it in 30 days, more like 60, and they also wanted my documents for approval. I had a peace of mind that my trip to Brasil was a GO!

GBGood when you finally talk to a real person This company got the job done and on time and gave me a few pointers I wouldn't have thought of. Once you actually speak to a real person, this works. However, until you actually sign up online, it's difficult to get anyone to return your call. They are not good about returning your call until you actually have filled out the paperwork and received a case number. Once I actually got all the paperwork in, they were right on top of getting it back before the date they promised. Actually, you can do the same thing yourself by mail if you aren't in a hurry, as you still have to take the paperwork to a place in your area if it's for a new or expired passport.

I had an issue with the copy of my birth certificate that I submitted and was sure that once I got the corrected copy sent in my passport would be delayed but my Husband would receive his in time for our trip....but much to my surprise... mine arrived right along with my husbands..Scott was extremely informative and help during the entire process

GBFantastic Service! I needed to renew my boss' passport in less than a week and Passport Pro was terrific. They emailed me a FedEx label on Thursday and I received the new passport on Monday! Amazing turnaround!

GBSomewhat satisfied Through the process I had a number of questions. I had great difficulty getting through on the phone but email was prompt and efficient. I did receive my passport in a timly fashion. But I never received any notification of the insurance I purchased. It was not even on my receipt but I did pay for it. I questioned my representative but still have not received anything. I am not sure what to do if the passport was lost.
