Terrible service Terrible service, impossible to get hold of someone on their 084 number (repeatedly held on hold for 30+ minutes). The information is not the clearest and their website design is terrible and very un-user-friendly. They are expensive as well. Careful dialing the 08 contact number as most mobile phone contracts charge an extortionate fee eg 44p per minute, to call this number. Still awaiting email response, dreadful.

DON'T BELIEVE THE POOR REVIEWS I was dreading using this company because of the poor reviews. My experience was completely the opposite, I was kept informed throughout the process. Any questions by email were promptly answered by Raechel. The price was also very reasonable. I definitely use them again.

I have to warn future travelers I have to warn future travelers with Uniworld against using their partner, CIBTVisas. After waiting three weeks, I found they had neglected my file. I applied directly though the Vietnam Immigration Department, but it looks like the visa will not arrive on time. It is also terrible that Uniworld doesn’t offer any compensation for the error their partner has made. Look out for yourself and avoid Uniworld’s partner I will probably avoid Uniworld altogether. Afterall, there are numerous companies that offer river cruises.

No clear instruction, I applied visa using the website. I got mail from them to return the application form. I dont see any application form in the mail attachment. There was a kit in the mail attachment which talk lot about their services but it does not contain any application form. It is confusing. Their customer service number is a premier number( calls will be charged). I sent a mail, but there was no reply from them yet.

Visa for China Firstly I am not an employee of CIBT and this is a genuine review . These guys handled my Chinese Visa and the whole process from Application to receipt of the visa took 10 days . Communication was excellent and even the consular visit for the document drop, photo and fingerprints took no more than 20 minutes where as those who had not used a agent told me they had been waiting for 3 hours or more . All in an excellent service
