GBWaste of money They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Please don't waste your money as most visa's they get are by inputting the data that you have provided into a host countries website that you can do yourself. May be useful if the country needs a visit. Update: The response posted by the company is pathetic. Just get the processes right and don’t expect that a customer should email you to repeat an issue! Btw no reply still to original query!!

CAAVOID this company ! AVOID this company !! Fees DOUBLE other evisa providers , they do not answer their phones or at least takes 45 mins + to get thru . Called 5 x , 3 of the 5 consultants didnt even ask for my policy # so couldnt reference what I was asking until I finally told them . They were blindly answering my questions. Got 1 visa for Kenya but the cost of their fee - RIDICULOUS . Waiting for 1 more Visa, we'll see . Go with Sherpa !

GBWatch out for their 0844 number Watch out for their 0844 number, it ended up costing me £24 in calls chasing them up. I suspect their final invoice bore little resemblance to their actual costs.Comms was poor with no feedback on progress or even if they even had the info we sent. Once chased a couple of times they actually started progressing things. It is a sweepstake if you get a knowledgeable uk based rep or an oversees “robot”.

CAI have to warn future travelers I have to warn future travelers with Uniworld against using their partner, CIBTVisas. After waiting three weeks, I found they had neglected my file. I applied directly though the Vietnam Immigration Department, but it looks like the visa will not arrive on time. It is also terrible that Uniworld doesn’t offer any compensation for the error their partner has made. Look out for yourself and avoid Uniworld’s partner I will probably avoid Uniworld altogether. Afterall, there are numerous companies that offer river cruises.

GBTerrible communication, useless service Terrible communication After placing the order. Didn't get any email for futher guidance. When I approached them, they asked me to contact my assigned agent which I never got assigned. Wasted two weeks for a process that one of my colleague completed by himself within 5 days.
