GBHas to be the worst company I have ever… Has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Things can go wrong, but with this shower its impossible to sort it out because they don't reply to emails, answer phones within 40 minutes or more. If you ring them it costs a fortune and I am sure they deliberately don't answer so as to run up the clock. Applied for a VISA on 13/9 no response other than taking over £400, then a month later they say we cant get you a VISA so destroying a £4,000 holiday. Not even a sorry!! OH and the platitudes to earlier complaints on Trust Pilot about contacting the manager. He doesn't exist..his emails bounce back. In short do not do business with them, You will regret it.

GBVISA not required for UK citizens… VISA not required for UK citizens visiting Canada, yet this company's website is telling me I need one at a cost of £150.00.!! Please explain. Incorrect information given to travellers. Only ETA needed at a cost of $7. Would'nt even rate this 1 star review if I could. Update 20.7.22 - and look at their response!

GBTo avoid stress, do not use this company! Applied for visas for Tanzania in December, they eventually arrived after much chasing (multiple phone calls to misnamed Titan Help Desk!) on 23th January, when we were due to travel on 24th! Staff uncaring and unhelpful, promised to get back to me several times but never did! When they did arrive visas had been granted by Embassy on 12th January, 11 days before CIBT forwarded them to me. If you want to avoid stress do not use this company.
