TRAbsolutely disgraceful service. I can say that I received the most disgraceful and worst service I have ever seen in my life from this company. Absolutely disgraceful service. They got my visa date wrong and couldn't change it afterward. All my preparations for that day were canceled. Their response to emails is absolutely deplorable. employees don't care. Please read this and do not experience the situation I experienced and do not receive any service from them. Please.

CAI have to warn future travelers I have to warn future travelers with Uniworld against using their partner, CIBTVisas. After waiting three weeks, I found they had neglected my file. I applied directly though the Vietnam Immigration Department, but it looks like the visa will not arrive on time. It is also terrible that Uniworld doesn’t offer any compensation for the error their partner has made. Look out for yourself and avoid Uniworld’s partner I will probably avoid Uniworld altogether. Afterall, there are numerous companies that offer river cruises.

GBVisa for China Firstly I am not an employee of CIBT and this is a genuine review . These guys handled my Chinese Visa and the whole process from Application to receipt of the visa took 10 days . Communication was excellent and even the consular visit for the document drop, photo and fingerprints took no more than 20 minutes where as those who had not used a agent told me they had been waiting for 3 hours or more . All in an excellent service

GBMoney deducted from credit card without my authorisation I started to apply for a visa 6 months ago but decided not to bother finishing the application process, now 6 months later £174 has been taken from my credit card without reason. Needless to say that I'll be chasing them for my money back and confirmation that they have deleted my card details. Also bear in mind that their number is an 0844 number which is a premium rate number which generates additional revenue for them. Bad, bad, bad!!! Absolutely outrageous!

GBHas to be the worst company I have ever… Has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Things can go wrong, but with this shower its impossible to sort it out because they don't reply to emails, answer phones within 40 minutes or more. If you ring them it costs a fortune and I am sure they deliberately don't answer so as to run up the clock. Applied for a VISA on 13/9 no response other than taking over £400, then a month later they say we cant get you a VISA so destroying a £4,000 holiday. Not even a sorry!! OH and the platitudes to earlier complaints on Trust Pilot about contacting the manager. He doesn't exist..his emails bounce back. In short do not do business with them, You will regret it.
