Customer service experience The plastic toy snakes were not a hit with my cats. So I enquired about a refund and was able to receive a refund. The customer service experience was great and very responsive.

Great customer support I sent a question to support because I hadn’t received the tracking number I was supposed to get once the item shipped. Emily replied to my email and suggested I check my junk folder as the item had indeed shipped. She even mentioned it was now in my home country. I followed her suggestion and sure enough, the tracking number email was in the junk folder. A few days later the item was delivered. My cat seems to enjoy it but he’s not as playful with like the cats in the ad were. All cats are not created equal. I’m very pleased with the entire transaction. Not something I can say for other sellers on Facebook
