GBCan only recommend.!!!My flight was… Can only recommend.!!!My flight was delayed in September 2022 I submitted my first ever claim in October after reading reviews here I decided to use Claim flights. It was very easy i got immediate response and Agnieszka Fanslau was amazing I received my money in January carrier agreed to pay 400 euros I received 300 into my account i have another claim pending and again i use them. GBI was sceptical at first, but 100% from me! I was sceptical at first, but after reading some reviews and reaching out to the company I decided to hand them my case which involved a delayed landing and so a missed connection flight resulting in me and my family having to stay overnight, unexpectedly, in Frankfurt. I have to say they delivered 100% as promised. Agnieszka Fanslau is excellent - she knows her stuff and she nailed it.

PTGood communication with the representative. Good communication with the representative. I received a 75% refund for the flight delay. The procedure is relatively simple, but the waiting time for the refund is half a year. It's probably not up to ClaimFlights, but up to the airline.
