ITSmooth and open process The whole process was very smooth. Took a few months (June 20 - August 28) because Iberia is apparently one of the more difficult airlines. However, Agnieszka Fanslau (Claim Flights) updated me at every stage until they finally requested the details to make the deposit into my account (minus the agreed charge for their services). The charge was worth it - I have already recommended Claim Flights to one other person.

ITExcellent service, will use again! I've contacted in date 12/12/2023 ClaimFlights due to a cancelled flight. Mrs. Fanslau has been very clear in every step of the process and she ended the conversation telling me that it could take atmost 3 months. Exactly 2 months later I've received the communication that everything went through, left my bank coordinates and in less than 10 days I've received the amount.

PTGood communication with the representative. Good communication with the representative. I received a 75% refund for the flight delay. The procedure is relatively simple, but the waiting time for the refund is half a year. It's probably not up to ClaimFlights, but up to the airline.

GBoutside our scope of work My case is was declined because "it is outside our scope of work". All online flight trackers show the delay and this is a European company flying out of Spain. At least their response was quick and I can move on with my claim elsewhere
