The item shipped, arrived damage free and was even put in place in my business for me. The experience was so hassle free I just ordered again for my other location.

I can not recommend ordering from this… I can not recommend ordering from this company. a promise of the order delivery has not happened. Very little unproductive sporadic communication has taken place. No answer at the customer service telephone number.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Despite the shutdown, Abe replied to emails very promptly, and even worked on the weekend to get my freezer. Abe found a chest freezer when all other vendors failed! Needed a new deli case. Needed a new deli case.. website says 1-2 days shipping, placed order, received confirmation 1-2 days shipping.. this was back on 5.17.20 - it is now 6.19.20 and no product - saying over and over it is back ordered until July - If I had a case that was completely out of order this would have been disastrous for my business. shouldn't commit to shipping in a certain time unless you can do it and communicate right away if there is an issue.. i had to continually reach out to them to get updates..
