GBIncorrect Shipment Ordered a commercial refrigerator for our office remodel. After I placed the order, they confirmed and noted the order had shipped. When I checked on it, they told me the manufacturer raised their price and would have to pass that along which I refused. They then offered a comparable model as a replacement for the same cost which I accepted. Instead of a refrigerator, they shipped a freezer. I have been trying for over a month to have them return and replace. Although they are not out of business, they do not return phone calls . . . ever. I have tried many times. I have received some e-mails, but nothing clearing stating what they are doing. I have ordered several commercial products for our lunch room and not one problem with any other appliance. This company is dissapointing at best. I would not recommend ordering from them.

GBEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Despite the shutdown, Abe replied to emails very promptly, and even worked on the weekend to get my freezer. Abe found a chest freezer when all other vendors failed! Excellent, excellent communications and follow-up. Super job...THANK YOU ABE for working so hard for your customers!

GBFinally found a freezer… Abe was able to get back with me quickly on the status of my order. Fast shipping. He was able to track down the location of my freezer, provide the number of the local shipping facility and ultimately have the freezer delivered. The Atosa 907 is great, very fortunate to find a freezer during Covid-19 as all local stores were either out or didn't have what I was looking for. Happened to stumble on this site, glad I did. Abe is the best and I highly recommend restaurantstock.

GBNeeded a new deli case. Needed a new deli case.. website says 1-2 days shipping, placed order, received confirmation 1-2 days shipping.. this was back on 5.17.20 - it is now 6.19.20 and no product - saying over and over it is back ordered until July - If I had a case that was completely out of order this would have been disastrous for my business. shouldn't commit to shipping in a certain time unless you can do it and communicate right away if there is an issue.. i had to continually reach out to them to get updates..

GBI recently purchased a large BlueAir… I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.
