I contacted Swells customer service team and spoke with Miah, they advised that they would correct the mistake and send out my replacement items the next day. Super helpful and quick to help with any problems First tank arrived smashed (Not Swells fault but the delivery service) and Swell responded so quickly and sent a second tank out which arrived the next day!
