GBNo customer service values I paid for next day delivery on my item. I waited in all day and it didn’t show up. No notification emails from swell to update me about the fact it had been sent. I previously cancelled an order from Swell as after 4 days it still hadn’t been sent. They operate in the customer service dark age where they don’t even send dispatch notifications.

GBSuper helpful and quick to help with any problems First tank arrived smashed (Not Swells fault but the delivery service) and Swell responded so quickly and sent a second tank out which arrived the next day! Really friendly and helpful customer service and the tank was well packaged. Will buy from them again and would happily recommend!

GBWrong impellers ordered, sorted without hassle. All good. Ordering and delivery of my items was very smooth and quick. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong Impellers... However, Emily from customer services, had me sorted in no time and next day delivery too, again as smoothly as these things can be. Much appreciated.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. When a fish tank unfortunately arrived smashed I was able to contact the company via phone call and a very helpful member of staff organised for a new one to be delivered the next day. Not only was a new tank sent but the whole kit (filter, heater, lights etc.) and within the space of less than 24 hours :)

GBI just received my new 54 litre fish… I just received my new 54 litre fish tank and was extremely impressed. To be honest I was very sceptical that it would survive the journey, but it did. Many thanks to Swell UK and the courier company.
