So far so good! I took a chance on Armadillo as it seemed like a modern HW provider that actually did the right thing for homeowners - and they have thus far delivered! My heating just "tried" to kick in and no dice. I did everything on Armadillo's mobile claims submissions site, they let me use my own HVAC guy, and reimbursed me right away. Thanks!

They do what they say! Last Saturday night our A/C went out on a 115 degree day. I thought my chances of getting any help on a Saturday night were nil. However, Ilyssa Cohen contacted me even though it was 10:30 pm in her time zone. With her help, I was able to resolve the problem by Sunday, the following day. Special recognition to Mario, who was also very helpful. Don't use any other warranty company. Armadillo is the real deal.

Excellent Company After years of having different home warranties, we have finally found one that suits our family. No more confusing policies, policies outside of our budget, or Difficulty picking out policies. Armadillo has been great from the start and ease of picking a plan that suits my family has been terrific. I know exactly what I am getting from my policy and could not be happier with the level of service I have received from Armadillo.

Super Easy Service Request, took twice to get it right. Setting up a service request is super easy. Kitchen faucet was replaced however not with the same style faucet but the company came back out and switched it out to something that matched. It took a bit of work for me to contact the Armadillo and get this resolved but they did take care of the issue.
