GBThey do what they say! Last Saturday night our A/C went out on a 115 degree day. I thought my chances of getting any help on a Saturday night were nil. However, Ilyssa Cohen contacted me even though it was 10:30 pm in her time zone. With her help, I was able to resolve the problem by Sunday, the following day. Special recognition to Mario, who was also very helpful. Don't use any other warranty company. Armadillo is the real deal.

GBThe claim process was relatively easy… The claim process was relatively easy and the technician was able to repair my Ice Maker when he came out. The company that Armadillo had has one of their vendors did a great job.

GBSuper Easy Service Request, took twice to get it right. Setting up a service request is super easy. Kitchen faucet was replaced however not with the same style faucet but the company came back out and switched it out to something that matched. It took a bit of work for me to contact the Armadillo and get this resolved but they did take care of the issue.
