1ST EXPERIENCE CLEAR COMMUNICATION. I HAVE HAD OTHER HM WARRANTIES BUT THIS HAS FEATURES THE OTHERS DO NOT. NO ANNUAL LOCK ON WARRANTY SERVICE. USE YOUR OWN CONTRACTORS WE HAVE TRUSTED FOR YEARS.
