I would give terminex zero or negative… I would give terminex zero or negative if I could! They quoted me $5000 to take care of our post issues plus $150 per month. Post issues still on going, they have not sealed up everything they said they would. I have called countless times to have this taken care of but no response after 10 months! Finally a manager came out last but still have not heard anything back. We can hear critters at night and have birds in the soffit they were supposed to take care of. I also paid an extra $700 to have my deck sealed to keep the bee population down and keep my deck from being eaten up.... guess that was a waste of $700! Still waiting for a response, I guess I need to take legal action.

This is the worst pest control company… This is the worst pest control company ever. They don't even deserve the 1 star but since there's not a zero choice, I give them a 1. They lie about the quality of their services. They charge for services that were provided and unresolved issues. I had to close my credit card account because they kept on charging it for services that were not provided. I complained about my dissatisfaction with their services several times and requested to cancel the membership, but they were still charging my card.

Do Not Use Terminix - Very Dishonest If you want the short, abbreviated version, do not use Terminix. They are dishonest and have an inability to do a professional job. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. We contracted Terminix to remove all the insulation from our attic and close any holes on our exterior where they may be getting in. They gave us a quote of $19,000 to do the job. They were contracted to put 13 inches of insulation throughout our attic and close all of the holes around our house. They told me they completed the job, but when I checked, they only put half as much insulation and did not close most of the holes. We gave them an opportunity to correct their blatant effort to deliberately deceive. They spent the next week not answering the phone until I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. If you made the mistake of already using Terminix for your insulation, go back and measure. It is supposed to be 13 inches, and I can assure you, it is not.

They do not stand behind their guaranteeI have a springtail infestation they… I have a springtail infestation they started treating about 12-2023 they sprayed dusted fogged numerous timesI told them they were still here I wanted someone to come after hours and see for themselves and to catch some I called when they got bad again and they would not take the call that was 4-17-2024 they did not refund the $291.35 I paid to solve this problem
