Disappointed and out thousands Wish I could give this zero stars. Took thousands of dollars from us, gave us only dollar store mouse traps, foam fill and no attic insulation replacement where they themselves photographed mice nesting. Do not expect to reach anyone locally. Do not expect any responsiveness. After waiting over a month for insulation, I was approved for a significant refund from regional office for work not completed. It was denied by the local office manager who preferred a grudge as opposed to customer satisfaction. Read reviews. They take advantage of customers and then gaslight them. I lost thousands. They have no pricing until visiting your home and making the situation sound catastrophic. Call and ask what mouse exclusion costs. No set figure. They make it up as they see the home where you live and the cars in the driveway. I wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t experienced it. Don’t use this company.

NEVER Call Terminix If you are experiencing an infestation of any kind in your home or business, NEVER EVER call Terminix. I work with various contractors in the commercial and residential construction industry around the country and have never had a worse experience than what I had with Terminix. I called them out to my home because I had mice running around and needed help getting rid of them. I signed up with Terminix for $1300 to take care of everything. After signing up, I never heard from them again. After a few months, I called and cancelled but they were telling me I still owed the total amount. I have called them multiple times and every time they don't give me a straight answer. I get automated calls everyday saying that my account is past due. On top of that, the inspector lied about seeing evidence of mice in an area in the basement that upon later inspection, was clean and clear. They are scammers and have given me the biggest headache out of any company I've ever dealt with. My advice would be to look to local pest control contractors because they will provide the best service.

Fraudulent charges! I initially gave Terminix a good review, but since then I have reasons to change it. I saw a few ants on my kitchen counter so I texted Terminix. When they came out, I was told I needed pest control, termite control and new attic insulation. I signed a written contract on April 1 and gave them $3,514.67 down on a charge of $16,020.00 then on April 3 someone was out here putting in "bait traps" without allowing me the 3 days to cancel as the written contract stated. (After thinking and discussing their high price, I would have.) I also got an emailed contract TOTALLY different from the paper one, charging me more money. I was told their system wasn't set up to handle the contract I had been given. I even got 3 letters saying I owe them more money. Each time I called , I was told something different. When I looked in my attic, they had blown insulation all over my Christmas decorations, even burying some of them. I didn't think, and they never asked about removing them first. Each time my furnace blows air through the vents, insulation particles fall in every room. I am constantly vacuuming. I think Terminix has taken advantage of me as an elderly person living alone. Always get a second estimate before you decide or sign anything.

Paid for coverage and recieved NO serviceor… After being a Terminex customer for several years, in December of 2023 I noticed a large swar at my back door wich left remnants and wings. I called Terminex several times - NO Help - finally someone showed up but not for the problem I called for he was there for a routine inspection. I showed him the insect remnants and he took samples. No help or reply. I called many times to rectify this problem. Still no help finally a rep called back he was little to no help. No replys. I paid for a service for several years when I finnally needed them NO RESPONSE. I have been paying for a service that apparently does not exist. I am seeking compensation for the insurance premiums I paid over the years and will pursue this to an end.
