GBPaid for coverage and recieved NO serviceor… After being a Terminex customer for several years, in December of 2023 I noticed a large swar at my back door wich left remnants and wings. I called Terminex several times - NO Help - finally someone showed up but not for the problem I called for he was there for a routine inspection. I showed him the insect remnants and he took samples. No help or reply. I called many times to rectify this problem. Still no help finally a rep called back he was little to no help. No replys. I paid for a service for several years when I finnally needed them NO RESPONSE. I have been paying for a service that apparently does not exist. I am seeking compensation for the insurance premiums I paid over the years and will pursue this to an end.

GBHorrible company The employees are nice enough. . The company itself does NOT stand behind what they claim. My brother has been using this company for many years. He had to do some remodeling and found termite damage all the way around the arch of his garage door. They would Not cover any of it because they said he was going to do the repairs before he found the damage. Shouldn’t they have found the damage during inspections???? ( if that’s what you call it) Horrible company!!! Will definitely be reporting to the BBB!

GBNo loyalty No loyalty, no customer service mixed with total lack of responsibility. I have been using this company for termite control for over 23 years. I never receive a monthly invoice.when paying on their website they take the amount they want you to pay, not your contract amount. When you call to have these charges corrected they “have no ability to give refunds “…. When you ask for management “they can’t help you”… when asking for the name of your area manager “ they are not allowed to give you that information “…what can they do? Fill out a request to have the manager contact you. This takes up to 48 hours. Either the manager was not informed, has no concept of time, is busy with other unsatisfied customers or just doesn’t care I will never know. 🤷♀️. I will go elsewhere in search of customer service and consistent billing along with trustworthy accounting.

GBFraudulent charges! I initially gave Terminix a good review, but since then I have reasons to change it. I saw a few ants on my kitchen counter so I texted Terminix. When they came out, I was told I needed pest control, termite control and new attic insulation. I signed a written contract on April 1 and gave them $3,514.67 down on a charge of $16,020.00 then on April 3 someone was out here putting in "bait traps" without allowing me the 3 days to cancel as the written contract stated. (After thinking and discussing their high price, I would have.) I also got an emailed contract TOTALLY different from the paper one, charging me more money. I was told their system wasn't set up to handle the contract I had been given. I even got 3 letters saying I owe them more money. Each time I called , I was told something different. When I looked in my attic, they had blown insulation all over my Christmas decorations, even burying some of them. I didn't think, and they never asked about removing them first. Each time my furnace blows air through the vents, insulation particles fall in every room. I am constantly vacuuming. I think Terminix has taken advantage of me as an elderly person living alone. Always get a second estimate before you decide or sign anything.

GBI would rate zero star if that is an… I would rate zero star if that is an option! It is a nightmare to work with Terminix. When they signed us up, they said we could cancel the contract if we move. We moved, but contract cannot be cancelled. And worse, we called many times to tell them we won't renew, including one month before the contract expiration date. They renewed our contract anyways. They said we called in December to cancel, which is too early. We must call on Jan 24th to cancel! Of course, we called before and after, those calls didn't count! We kept receiving bills, and repeatedly told them the same thing: we don't live there anymore and we wanted to cancel. Unbelievable!!! I spent hours and hours talking to them regarding this! From last December to middle of April, our account is finally cancelled. I would never use Terminix again.
