I felt the rep was more focused on … I felt the rep was more focused on selling me a complete new bathtub then addressing the immediate plumbing problem I called about. Although I understand the upsell approach I simply needed help with my problem and the next bid focused solely on that and I hired them instead

Inexperienced technician Quick to respond and come out. However, the technician didn’t understand problem. Had consults on phone a couple times to diagnosis problem. Once quote was received it was way higher than expected. We chose to get a second opinion. This quote diagnosed the problem as something completely different. We chose the other company which also saved us almost $900 and actually fixed the problem.

Hope inspected our water system Hope inspected our water system. Although everything appeared operational we decided to replace the sump pump before a breakdown in view of its age. He also noted that our water softener drained into the sump instead of the drainage pipe. We notified the original installer who corrected the situation free of charge. We were pleased with the outcome of Hope's visit.

I thought the job was done well I thought the job was done well; however, very overpri ed. I felt like when my water softener was checked, something was done to make it appear to be broke in an attempt to sell me an overpriced water softener for $1900.00. I felt like I was being taken all the way around.
