Great Initiative Started off bad, but Carrie called me back on their on initiative, and advised me that I was in fact overcharged on my repair, and gave me a fair refund. The tech just entered wrong "code". OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I would highly recommend!!!!

Inexperienced technician Quick to respond and come out. However, the technician didn’t understand problem. Had consults on phone a couple times to diagnosis problem. Once quote was received it was way higher than expected. We chose to get a second opinion. This quote diagnosed the problem as something completely different. We chose the other company which also saved us almost $900 and actually fixed the problem.

Bad business tactics The plumber who came to our home Thomas. Didn’t examine our plumbing concern. He was suppose to look at our toilet and tell us why it was leaking from the bottom for our insurance claim. He said our toilet was leaking from the top but it wasn’t and isn’t. He finally told my husband on the phone the seal was probably broken but he wouldn’t write his findings on paper for our insurance claim. This plumber seemed to be more interested in finding other appliances in our home that might be faulty rather than doing what we asked him to do. He ended up raising the price we were originally quoted of 98.00 to 125.00 because he did exploratory work nobody asked him to do. This was not a good experience at all. After several attempts the manager called my husband to offer us our money back it never happened we ended up with a store credit that we will never use.

The plumbers were great to work with … The plumbers were great to work with and tried hard to get me the best result under some difficult circumstances. They had some difficulty installing the panels surrounding the tub. Fortunately I had previously installed identical paneling and was able to identify the source of the problems and show them how to do the trim on the panels. "It takes a village" with a 100 year old home!
