GBOn the Fence?!? Ordering services were good. Unfortunately we have an un-resolved issue. Faucet and Tub package we were sold are not compatible or parts missing. Kingstone customer service did not seem knowledgeable and are slow in responding. Not resolved yet?

GBYou didn't send what I ordered I'm keeping it, but was very disapointed. You showed nickel and brass faucet. I got one with no brass.

GBOver promise under deliver For practically the last 8 months I have been talking to customer service about my order th 72" del ended pedal tub package with drain, water supply, faucet and hand held shower kit. I asked that when I eventually order it is this what will come. Answer has been yes with all of them. Finally I ordered and paid the extra $190 for satin nickel hardware. It came this past Friday to be installed in my new home for inspection to pass and all that came was the rub no hardware and an extension kit which have no clue what that is for and no install instructions. Needless to say I won't pass inspection this Monday and will have to pay the plumber and to come out again if and when I get the hardware. In the end it's how the ordering process goes and getting what you ordered. Not 90% of the time but 100% which will get you the word of mouth sales. If as much time and care was put into my order as the care was to get on trust pilot decors unite would have gotten a positive remark and the like on Facebook would have not been taken off. GBMy item was delivered on time My item was delivered on time. I had some initial concerns when my order status still showed as "processing" after a couple days, and I hadn't received confirmation that my item was indeed available (I'd tried ordering same item from another retailer a couple days earlier - and had my order cancelled the next day, due to product being unavailable from manufacturer, so I was nervous.) But when I called customer service to inquire about shipping status, my questions were answered quickly and I received verbal confirmation that my item was ready to ship. I would order from this company again.
