Claw foor tub After a lot of research I ordered a cast iron claw foot tub from DecorSuite. Their price was the best by far, the tub was very elegant and it arrived in good shape and just when they said it would. Overall a very smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely buy from them again.

Disappointing Product Service We ordered a vanity from DecorSuite.com after searching for it on other websites and finding out that is was out of stock. DecorSuite showed it was in stock and at a lower price as well. We were so excited to finally find the vanity & order it...only to get an email 3 days later that DecorSuite had to refund our credit card because the manufacturer had discontinued the item. First, DecorSuite should keep their website updated with product availability and second, they shouldn't have charged our card before confirming the availability of the item. We had to wait for the refund before we could order it elsewhere and it put our construction behind schedule.

Although I haven't received my order at … Although I haven't received my order at this hour, it is supposed to arrive today, I am very happy with the service I received. It shipped within two days, which was wonderful. the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from DecorSuite again.

Quality delivered! I ordered a Kingston Brass shower faucet from DecorSuite.com. The cost and quality of the product were exceptional. The only area of discontent for me was the cost of the shipping. In order to ensure shipping within 5-7 days (not 2-3 days), the shipping cost was $35 which was more than a one-third the cost of the actual product. I have recommended DecorSuite to my plumber for other customers, but I did warn of the outrageous shipping fees.

Over promise under deliver For practically the last 8 months I have been talking to customer service about my order th 72" del ended pedal tub package with drain, water supply, faucet and hand held shower kit. I asked that when I eventually order it is this what will come. Answer has been yes with all of them. Finally I ordered and paid the extra $190 for satin nickel hardware. It came this past Friday to be installed in my new home for inspection to pass and all that came was the rub no hardware and an extension kit which have no clue what that is for and no install instructions. Needless to say I won't pass inspection this Monday and will have to pay the plumber and to come out again if and when I get the hardware. In the end it's how the ordering process goes and getting what you ordered. Not 90% of the time but 100% which will get you the word of mouth sales. If as much time and care was put into my order as the care was to get on trust pilot decors unite would have gotten a positive remark and the like on Facebook would have not been taken off.
