GB7/7/2017 7/7/2017 1- the hot/cold decorative button on the diverter lever fell off in the box before installation. 2- the cold decorative button on the cold handle will not stay on. 3- Invoice - I have not received an invoice for this transaction. on a "bare bones" packing slip was in the box. 4- paid $799.00 for this kit and I am not happy with level of customer service.

It shipped within two days, which was wonderful. the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from DecorSuite again.

GBQuality delivered! I ordered a Kingston Brass shower faucet from DecorSuite.com. The cost and quality of the product were exceptional. The only area of discontent for me was the cost of the shipping. In order to ensure shipping within 5-7 days (not 2-3 days), the shipping cost was $35 which was more than a one-third the cost of the actual product. I have recommended DecorSuite to my plumber for other customers, but I did warn of the outrageous shipping fees.

GBGreat Quality, Average Delivery time I did not receive any information emails as to the product has been shipped or arrival time. A huge information piece of information. Studies have shown people get extremely frustrated not knowing when something will occur, a delivery, a train, a check arriving. However, when they are told the truth and informed them, even though it was an excessive amount of time, the study showed people were OK with the answer. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
