GBThey took money out of my account then… They took money out of my account then told me they no longer carry the item I ordered. Took an Act of Congress to get them to refund my bank account. This Company works under a lot of different names, Buyer Beware. Never again will I shop here.

GBFabulous price and quality I purchased an acrylic claw foot tub and hardware package, WOW it was the most incredible price and beautiful! My only problem was finding them as they do not come up on google in CA, I found them while on google in Chicago.

GBOn the Fence?!? Ordering services were good. Unfortunately we have an un-resolved issue. Faucet and Tub package we were sold are not compatible or parts missing. Kingstone customer service did not seem knowledgeable and are slow in responding. Not resolved yet?

GBGreat Quality, Average Delivery time I did not receive any information emails as to the product has been shipped or arrival time. A huge information piece of information. Studies have shown people get extremely frustrated not knowing when something will occur, a delivery, a train, a check arriving. However, when they are told the truth and informed them, even though it was an excessive amount of time, the study showed people were OK with the answer. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

GBDisappointing Product Service We ordered a vanity from DecorSuite.com after searching for it on other websites and finding out that is was out of stock. DecorSuite showed it was in stock and at a lower price as well. We were so excited to finally find the vanity & order it...only to get an email 3 days later that DecorSuite had to refund our credit card because the manufacturer had discontinued the item. First, DecorSuite should keep their website updated with product availability and second, they shouldn't have charged our card before confirming the availability of the item. We had to wait for the refund before we could order it elsewhere and it put our construction behind schedule.
