The prices are reasonable & the staff… The prices are reasonable & the staff is always nice & friendly. The only problem i do have with this location is; that it's always leaking water, water on the floors between the aisles with a foul smell. Sometimes you have to walk around the whole storage building to avoid stepping in the water or having water dripping on you. Other than that, i really don't have a problem.

Do not rent from these people … I paid for storage of my daughters things for over three years she was killed in a car accident and it was all I had left. I went there to find my lock had been changed. I then found out the lock was found 6 months ago cut. This company texts and messages about the bill being due, but couldn’t contact me to tell me the unit had been broken into. The last six months I paid 250 amonth and if I had known it was broken into I would have got everything out of there. Now they say I am insured for 1000 if I have the receipts for what was stolen but that doesn’t even pay me back for the wasted rent. When speaking to the police I found out that since Federal took it over they have been called out there a lot. I didn’t know that. The police ask them to put up cameras so they did just never turned them on. This company doesn’t care I lost my daughters things that were priceless to me. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM BECAUSE WHEN ITS BROKEN INTO THEY DONT CARE.

Prices keep increasing Prices keep increasing, no added value. Security is bad. My unit was broken into last year April 3, 2023. I lost a lot of valuable belongings. Still haven't received compensation for that. As I sought to get answers from a manager I waited to pay my bill this month (really out of frustration) b/c the price is going up again next month. Tried to pay split payment because I accrue a late fee. They wouldn't accept it (well Kayla wouldn't). Uhm yeah I'm just over this company. They hold the tenets to a high standard but they are very slack with correspondence.

The process to acquire a unit was very… The process to acquire a unit was very straight forward, I completed the process including the payment portion without any problem. The problem for me came when the unit was assigned. I did not get an access code. My move-in date was Friday, November 26, and I was unable to contact your agency for 24 hours. I had to make other arrangements for storage of my items.

Absolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. Management is non existent, facility had people living in the units. They rented a unit I was renting to someone else and items we destroyed and stolen. Insurance company they use is horrible. I would never rent from them again.
