GBThe process to acquire a unit was very… The process to acquire a unit was very straight forward, I completed the process including the payment portion without any problem. The problem for me came when the unit was assigned. I did not get an access code. My move-in date was Friday, November 26, and I was unable to contact your agency for 24 hours. I had to make other arrangements for storage of my items.

GBDO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! 1 month after you sign rate will go up at least 40 bucks! Then they will add fees that aren’t disclosed to your bill. Claiming they emailed you. Worst storage EVER!!! Worst experience ever!!! All they want you to do is sign up from a month or so and then move out or default so they can sell your stuff. Hateful people work here!!

GBQuick and Easy Access Crystal and other agents were most helpful when initially using the storage facility. The code originally given me would not open the gate and then I had similar problems with the lock on the unit. Your agents were instrumental in talking me through it all to enable quick and easy access. Thank y'all!

GBThousands of dollars gone but the real damage cannot be quantified. Trully horrible experience. This is a foul unethical company that exploits their customers at every opportunity. After moving my stuff in and leaving the area, my rent increased incrementally until I was paying 3x what I had initially agreed to. I eventually had to drive back across the country to clear out the unit because the cost was so insanely high for a very tiny unit. When I arrived, I found my lock had been changed, items were missing, there was rat poop all over the place, AND my vintage clothes collection was completely infested with moths.... an issue I am still dealing with months later... They also go to great effort to try to hide reviews and make it very difficult to file a claim.... So the additional thousands of dollars I spent on full coverage insurance was just more money unnessisarilly spent. Thousands of dollars gone but the real damage cannot be quantified.

GBFees, Rate Increases and Rodents!! Do not rent space from this company!! Rates increased even though rodents accessed my unit soon after occupying the unit. The insurance coverage plan is so convoluted to discourage filing a claim but the cost also increased. Fees, fees and more fees if you are ever late paying. They make it seem like it's standard business operations but it is all designed to get possession of your belongings and auction them to the highest bidder. BEWARE of renting from 10 Federal Storage Facilities anywhere!!
