GBauction buyers beware Bought and paid for an auction unit and drove over 100 miles to get there and the gate code did not work. Called and waited and waited to report to their “customer service” and she said that was the correct code and that she would report it. I had to go back the next day to finish cleaning the unit and the gate code still did not work. Again called and never got ahold of a person and automatically went to voicemail and no return call. Both times had to wait for someone to exit to be able to get in through the gate to get to the unit. Then when using their website per their request to submit a photo of the cleaned out unit the Submit button would not work. Tried two devices with the same result. Unreliable from my experience and felt very disrespected and that as an auction buyer just not important to them They did not do their part but I did mine in spite of their failure. Will not do business with this company again. Can’t get ahold of anyone to truly help.

GBDo not rent from these people … I paid for storage of my daughters things for over three years she was killed in a car accident and it was all I had left. I went there to find my lock had been changed. I then found out the lock was found 6 months ago cut. This company texts and messages about the bill being due, but couldn’t contact me to tell me the unit had been broken into. The last six months I paid 250 amonth and if I had known it was broken into I would have got everything out of there. Now they say I am insured for 1000 if I have the receipts for what was stolen but that doesn’t even pay me back for the wasted rent. When speaking to the police I found out that since Federal took it over they have been called out there a lot. I didn’t know that. The police ask them to put up cameras so they did just never turned them on. This company doesn’t care I lost my daughters things that were priceless to me. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM BECAUSE WHEN ITS BROKEN INTO THEY DONT CARE.

GBWhat a horrible company What a horrible company. I don't know how these ppl sleep at night stealing people's belongings who want to and are willing to pay their bills. My father passed away and I'm trying to pay and clean out his storage units but they refuse to take my payment and will sell my great grandmother's family heirlooms. Who refuses money?! They sure took the payment from me last month. This is a ridiculous company policy that they definitely choose over common sense. My father has rented these units for 20 YEARS, but I guess that's just not enough profit.

GBAbsolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. Management is non existent, facility had people living in the units. They rented a unit I was renting to someone else and items we destroyed and stolen. Insurance company they use is horrible. I would never rent from them again.
