The process to acquire a unit was very… The process to acquire a unit was very straight forward, I completed the process including the payment portion without any problem. The problem for me came when the unit was assigned. I did not get an access code. My move-in date was Friday, November 26, and I was unable to contact your agency for 24 hours. I had to make other arrangements for storage of my items.

Prices keep increasing Prices keep increasing, no added value. Security is bad. My unit was broken into last year April 3, 2023. I lost a lot of valuable belongings. Still haven't received compensation for that. As I sought to get answers from a manager I waited to pay my bill this month (really out of frustration) b/c the price is going up again next month. Tried to pay split payment because I accrue a late fee. They wouldn't accept it (well Kayla wouldn't). Uhm yeah I'm just over this company. They hold the tenets to a high standard but they are very slack with correspondence.

Princeton Rd Princeton Rd, Johnson City, TN location. Monthly rate increased twice in one year. This coincided with the disappearance of all hand trucks inside the facility. This forced tenants to carry their own materials. Having a bad back made this even worse! When I brought this to the office staff’s attention, I got no reply. Seems to me that if they’re going to raise rates, the extra funds could have gone to furnishing tenants with more equipment for use. This led to my departure and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone !

Storage made simple I reserved my unit online & the process was quite easy. My unit was ready for me right away, with complete access. Moving in, I had a few questions, called & had a great experience with customer support. I highly recommend 10 Federal Self Storage & the use of their fully automated system is genius!

10 Federal Storage on FM 1516 has… 10 Federal Storage on FM 1516 has really gone down hill. The Gates are supposed to be Secure, but lately the South Gate has been left Open many times Day and or Night..!I am Considering moving somewhere else where I know my belongings will be Safe. I have brought the matter to the Attention of Management and nothing ever gets done.
