My 10Federal experience Although this was a new experience where the facility is unmanned, I was still able to get what I needed. The live reps over the phone were awesome at getting the job done and being sure I had what I needed. The were polite and patient. And when I encountered a problem with the unit they stayed on the line until resolved. Sure better experience from the last place I had. I’d recommend 10 Federal to anyone any day. Thanks 10Federal.

Absolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. Management is non existent, facility had people living in the units. They rented a unit I was renting to someone else and items we destroyed and stolen. Insurance company they use is horrible. I would never rent from them again.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! 1 month after you sign rate will go up at least 40 bucks! Then they will add fees that aren’t disclosed to your bill. Claiming they emailed you. Worst storage EVER!!! Worst experience ever!!! All they want you to do is sign up from a month or so and then move out or default so they can sell your stuff. Hateful people work here!!

The prices are reasonable & the staff… The prices are reasonable & the staff is always nice & friendly. The only problem i do have with this location is; that it's always leaking water, water on the floors between the aisles with a foul smell. Sometimes you have to walk around the whole storage building to avoid stepping in the water or having water dripping on you. Other than that, i really don't have a problem.

What a horrible company What a horrible company. I don't know how these ppl sleep at night stealing people's belongings who want to and are willing to pay their bills. My father passed away and I'm trying to pay and clean out his storage units but they refuse to take my payment and will sell my great grandmother's family heirlooms. Who refuses money?! They sure took the payment from me last month. This is a ridiculous company policy that they definitely choose over common sense. My father has rented these units for 20 YEARS, but I guess that's just not enough profit.
