I rented several storages in different… I rented several storages in different states. For example in North Carolina here in Beaumont and vidor tx but purely storage help me on a way that I know I will recommend it to anyone. BY coincidence I met on a job site a owner of a different storage place and he offer me to move to his storage in other words he told me a give u a better price. My response to him was Thank you but no because I am so please with purely storage staff and location

The best storage facility! Despite a lot of challenges we face being out of the country, Misty and her staff have helped us in ways we wouldn’t have thought possible. Her honesty, kindness, and directness have made our using Purely Storage as THE best storage companies we have ever used(and we have used many, in several different states, for personal, moving, and for our corporation)! I have recommended Purely Storage to all my friends in SoCal, especially Blythe(over 60). I hope this facility prosper and I wish Misty and her staff will prosper and most importantly, be safe!

No brakes for a teacher After moving my classroom into a storage unit here I found out this company will not prorate the month. I needed to put my classroom in storage due to changing schools in the upcoming school year. I needed a unit for two months and five days. I only needed five more days until I could move into my new classroom. I have to pay for an entire month. I will not be checking out of my until the month I’ve been required to pay for has expired. Teachers have enough extra experiences. I am very disappointed that your storage company is one of them.

Clean safe and accessible. Crazy old lady. The units are clean and well maintained. Great hours. Always accessible and I’d have stayed with my original 5 star review if it wasn’t for the coldness of the staff. They weren’t the worst, Just cold. Specifically the older women who works mornings. If you like being judged and glared at for no reason by old women i recommend going in the morning. You won’t be disappointed. Very obnoxious and hovered uncomfortably anytime I was there bringing things in or out during my move to my new home. Literally would drive her little white car to my unit to criticize my parking while I was the only customer at the property. It’s not like I’m some creep. Or inconveniencing anyone, or messy or late with my payment ever, so it was just super uncomfortable. She alone is why I bought my own shed and built it in my own yard. So I guess I should thank her for pissing me off because it’s nice having my stuff here. But hey, maybe it was just me idk.

Tight turn in the driveway I rate 4 stars because of the difficulty accessing the storage unit. The distance between the building and the fence makes backing into the driveway hard to manage. I do not know what could or can be done to correct this condition because its root cause is property line limits and building layout. The young lady that signed me up was friendly, polite,courteous, and professional.
