Look For storage elsewhere The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the manager, Dodie was AWESOME. She made everything easy and we communicated well, and she was empathetic to our situation of moving from out of state. HOWEVER, This storage facility is infested with mice and homeless people. Our belongings were covered with mice feces after only being stored for a short time. We stopped in frequently to move and store things and there was always homeless people lurking, hanging out or sleeping in the stair well areas, and a few times we could even hear them fighting. I did not feel safe coming and going especially late at night and when I was alone with my 2 small children. It borders a pretty rough area of town. and sits next to a huge open desert (Explaining the mice?) Anyway, I would not use this place again. Over half of our stuff had to be thrown out because of rodent damage.

Tight turn in the driveway I rate 4 stars because of the difficulty accessing the storage unit. The distance between the building and the fence makes backing into the driveway hard to manage. I do not know what could or can be done to correct this condition because its root cause is property line limits and building layout. The young lady that signed me up was friendly, polite,courteous, and professional.

Everyone at the front desk was so… Everyone at the front desk was so helpful, both in person (before the virus lock-down; I don't know what their in-person policy is now) and over the phone as well as via email. Sign-up for space rental was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciate the gate hours, which are more generous than those of all other storage facilities I've used. A great experience so far!

No brakes for a teacher After moving my classroom into a storage unit here I found out this company will not prorate the month. I needed to put my classroom in storage due to changing schools in the upcoming school year. I needed a unit for two months and five days. I only needed five more days until I could move into my new classroom. I have to pay for an entire month. I will not be checking out of my until the month I’ve been required to pay for has expired. Teachers have enough extra experiences. I am very disappointed that your storage company is one of them.

Unethical, Deceitful, Fraudulent Business Practices. On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk.
