Great pricring with excellent customer service. Purely Storage has the best prices in town. I reserved on line during the rainy season. I called in prior to arrival and the gal advised me that she swapped me into a different unit as the one assigned had a leak. Fast rental process. Well informed of key rules. Cane in a few weeks later with a question and was informed of a recent tenet mailer which notified benifit attached to the insurance available to purachase through the office. Very friendly group.

Joke and a scam… Tell me why I pay 100 dollars a MONTH for a storage unit, cameras all over, and yet my unit had been robbed three separate times. Owners don’t care, and won’t be bothered to look at the cameras, this storage unit it a joke, you’d be safer storing your belongings under an I-10 underpass. If I could give negative stars, I would. This whole operation is a scam and a joke. Highly DON’T recommend.

Still better than Uhaul storage prices.... The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. My problem is that I rented 2 storage units within days of each other and when we tried to sync the due dates for the payments, it didn't allow for the 1st 2 months's discount. Frustrating.

Also during this stressful time, I really appreciate what they did for their customers..I intend to recommend them to all my friends that seek storage places.

Sign-up for space rental was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciate the gate hours, which are more generous than those of all other storage facilities I've used. A great experience so far!
