Mercer Carpet One is #1 in My Books We have turned to Mercer twice, first in readying our former house for sale and most recently in upgrading our new house. Completely satisfied on both occasions. Would turn to them a 3rd time without hesitation.

Good Flooring company We have used Mercer/Carpet One for two flooring jobs in our home. Budget-wise, I believe they are slightly above average. Once the job is scheduled, their installers do a very good job. I am still not enamored with the transition areas from the Hardwoods job we had done, into the carpeted areas. Also, if you have a repair request, they can be a little slow in response.

Very Disappointed! I was very disappointed in the service. The install job on our bathroom was just okay. Mercer never followed up to see if we were satisfied with the job. I will never use Mercer again or recommend them.

Installation A; Customer Service C I was happy with the installation. The customer service was problematic. The sales person emailed me after hours instead of calling me to explain why my order was delayed. When I expressed dismay at being emailed instead of called, he emailed me again instead of calling. This seemed like a strange approach for sales. The carpet looks different than the sample I borrowed before ordering, but it's not a big deal. The important thing is that it was installed correctly and seems like a quality product.

Great Experience with Mercer One Our sales person was great! She went through numerous samples with us and after we selected the carpet we wanted she came to the house to expertly measure the area. Even brought samples to confirm the color selection versus the room colors.The installers were likewise just as professional.They were in and out in no time.
