Prompt and flexible sales and service Catlyn offered her help when we entered Mercer's EC store. She was happy to help and took us through our options in a few hours. She arrived at house to do measurements at appointed time. Installers were very accommodating and did an excellent job with installation.

Awesome experience from sales to completion! We had several areas completed by Mercer Of Ellicott City. They were very helpful in helping us visualize our projects and choose the best products in our price range that fit our design needs. All work was done perfectly and all workers were personable and professional. They worked quickly with minimum disruption and mess. They left the house in perfect condition as well. Hardwood flooring, kitchen tiles and a custom area rug all exceeded expectations.

Great Experience with Mercer One Our sales person was great! She went through numerous samples with us and after we selected the carpet we wanted she came to the house to expertly measure the area. Even brought samples to confirm the color selection versus the room colors.The installers were likewise just as professional.They were in and out in no time.

Great service over all! Only one concern! Time was scheduled verbally "first installation of the morning"! I took off only 1/2 day from work based on the amount of work that needed to be done, however, the installers did not arrive until 10:00. I wish I had known ahead of time so I could have planned better! This was my second experience with Mercer and both times the overall experience was GREAT!

Barry Jones oversold me almost 100 sqft … Barry Jones oversold me almost 100 sqft of wood flooring. at first they would not take the extra back. i had to personally call the owner to arrange a return, once i returned the items, i was informed there was a $100 restocking fee. that was not disclosed until after the return. i would have chosen to keep the wood had i known about the $100 fee. it took several calls and weeks to actually receive the reimbursement on my credit card. that is the last time i do business with Barry Jones of mercer carpet one.
