GBInstallation A; Customer Service C I was happy with the installation. The customer service was problematic. The sales person emailed me after hours instead of calling me to explain why my order was delayed. When I expressed dismay at being emailed instead of called, he emailed me again instead of calling. This seemed like a strange approach for sales. The carpet looks different than the sample I borrowed before ordering, but it's not a big deal. The important thing is that it was installed correctly and seems like a quality product.

GBMy only place for flooring Over the last few years I have had the folks at Mercer do all the flooring in my townhouse--wood, carpet, vinyl. The whole process was painless and the installers were very knowledgeable and professional. When I needed re-stretching on one of the carpet installs, they came back out no questions asked. I learned of Mercer from a friend, and now there is a whole group of us who recommend Mercer when anyone is looking for flooring.

GBGreat service over all! Only one concern! Time was scheduled verbally "first installation of the morning"! I took off only 1/2 day from work based on the amount of work that needed to be done, however, the installers did not arrive until 10:00. I wish I had known ahead of time so I could have planned better! This was my second experience with Mercer and both times the overall experience was GREAT!
