Very happy! My decorator steered me to Franklin Tile and Carpet One. Bernie was very helpful in keeping the cost reasonable, but choosing good looking carpets. The installers were extremely professional and very neat. They did a great job and we are thrilled with our new carpet. We can't wait to do our bathrooms over and will certainly be using Franklin Tile and Carpet One as they have in extensive selection of both trendy and timeless tile.

Great family owned company recently had FTCO replace our old linoleum bathroom floors with tile. I have to say I was blown away with them from start to finish. Showroom is great, so many colors and styles to select from, Jeff helped us make a great selection and the installations was perfect. Vern came by to inspect the job and Anthony helped out with the design. A well run family operation, they are great!

Carpet purchase and installation We worked with Say in selection of a carpet for the downstairs of our condo in Franklin. We found Say to be most helpful, informative and professional in determining our selection of a carpet. The carpet installers were likewise most professional and very pleasant and extremely diligent. They completed the installation between approximately 11:45 and 5:00 and did a superb job! We love our new carpet. We would most definitely return to Franklin Tile Carpet One Carpet for future needs. They installed the carpets on the top floor of our condo approximately 16 years ago and it has held up beautifully which is why we returned to the store.

What a wonderful business that doesn't settle! Franklin Tile & Carpet is a fabulous company to work with in every way. They are perfectionists in the quality of their work, reasonably priced and family owned. We had a small glitch in our installation and the owner himself was here within 15 minutes to resolve- based on a question- no need for complaining, confrontation or stress. We'll never work with anyone else!
