Nice People. Good Service. I am a tough customer. I know what I want and I want it done right. Franklin Tile and Carpet One were a pleasure. Their selection was the best around. They had more of the high end carpet that I was looking for which was great but also made it harder to choose. They were precise with their measurements and the installation went flawlessly. It was a difficult carpet to install as it had a vertical pattern but the installers sent by Carpet one were experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is picky.

A competent, consultative sales person A highly regarded contractor, Mr Tom Norton, suggested that we use Franklin Tile. We visited Franklin Tile and fortunately we were helped by Kathryn Cahill. Kathryn is an excellent consultative sales person who brings a strong sense of design and harmony to the task of picking out the right tile that will fit the existing decor; with so many choices the task is overwhelming ..We were very lucky to have Kathryn guide us through the many steps in making our final decision. We have recommended Franklin tile to our neighbors whom I know have done business with your company....

Say is great to work with. Installer called out sick and had no back up plan Say was great and came out the same day to measure. He helped my wife and I pick the best carpet and we set a date to install. I got a call at 8:30 on the morning of install to hear the installer called out sick and they could not come that day. Say was great to explain the issue and I could tell it out him in a bad spot. I had trouble believing the management had no backup plan for this sort of instance. My house prepped and ready to go, making using some areas of the house difficult. This was highly inconvenient. After speaking with Say, he was able to get a new team out the next day and made concessions to compensate me. I may still use them in the future but hope the management would find ways to avoid delays due to one person calling out. The inconvenience to the customer and understanding the installer could call out at any time, they should be able to still run their business.

Very happy! My decorator steered me to Franklin Tile and Carpet One. Bernie was very helpful in keeping the cost reasonable, but choosing good looking carpets. The installers were extremely professional and very neat. They did a great job and we are thrilled with our new carpet. We can't wait to do our bathrooms over and will certainly be using Franklin Tile and Carpet One as they have in extensive selection of both trendy and timeless tile.
