They are perfectionists in the quality of their work, reasonably priced and family owned. We had a small glitch in our installation and the owner himself was here within 15 minutes to resolve- based on a question- no need for complaining, confrontation or stress. Very happy! My decorator steered me to Franklin Tile and Carpet One. Bernie was very helpful in keeping the cost reasonable, but choosing good looking carpets. The installers were extremely professional and very neat. They did a great job and we are thrilled with our new carpet. We can't wait to do our bathrooms over and will certainly be using Franklin Tile and Carpet One as they have in extensive selection of both trendy and timeless tile.
