Excellent Customer Service I ordered the Lennox box and instead recieved something totally different. It also came significantly later than expected! The rose I did receive is pretty, but it’s a singular versus the four I was supposed to receive… I’m also not a Virgo so it’s a rather odd thing to have just laying around. Though I will say, once reached out to the customer service team was great! They shipped the proper order out in less than 24 hours!! I am very grateful for this service, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eternal rose.

Thoughtful gift even for a male It was nice but it was not delivered on the date I was originally told when I made the purchase. I got it for my son's dad as a nice gesture to let him know he's appreciated. It also didn't have the red ribbon on the box, it had a black ribbon. It only matters because red is his favorite color.

I was initially a skeptic but quickly learned differently. Initially I was skeptical of this... after all, how could LIVING ROSES live and stay fresh and fragrant for a year or more, without needing water, care, fertilizer, and additional care. Then I met a friend who once bought her mom a single rose from Eternal Roses, and two years later that single rose is still blooming and smelling wonderful on her mother's desk. I was sold, purchased the largest presentation possible, and my fiancé LOVED receiving it for Valentine's Day. Am looking forward to ordering another Eternal Roses display when a future event calls for the moment.
