improve packaging the roses are beautiful, they smell like real flowers, but the packaging damages their beauty, since it has a white foam stick to hold it, which covers the decorative box where the roses come. because the flowers cannot be taken out of the transparent box it looks like a cheap fairground gift

Disappointed Was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for the price, on top of having to pay a ton of duty at my doorstep as I am from Canada. No big deal however, when I opened the package one of the roses was completely torn out and pedals everywhere. I replied to one of the initial managers/owners email they sent to express my concern, but I have not heard back.

Last minute Eternal Roses purchase I had an amazing experience with Eternal Roses! Jazmine was extremely helpful over the phone and very patient. They even accommodated me during their off day. The owner gave me my order but double checked if it was correct first which was greatly appreciated as he made 2 quick adjustments. The roses are beautiful and very potent. I smell them every time I walk into my room, it was even better than expected and affordable which made it a perfect encounter.
