I never leave a review… Like the title indicates, I never leave a review. However, I felt it was absolutely necessary to leave one for Eternal Roses. I’ve ordered from them more than 5 times in the past 2-3 years and every single time they have been absolutely spot on, flawless, and have exceeded expectations. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, the company has always been eager to help. Only if every company was run like this!!

requested cancelation and go no reply I requested a cancelation and received neither reply nor refund with a full month to go before delivery date. What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.

Unacceptable damaged roses Your roses were delivered damaged and your response to my requests were never followed through. First time buyer I purchased this jewelry box with 4 buds and the presentation and packaging was amazing! It arrived intact, although I wish there was an option to order a gift box/bag instead of only a card. Aside from that, a nice card with care instructions would be appreciated. The recipient may not be aware how to care for the eternal roses, so it is best to include a small how-to care card. Aside from those two points, amazing product, great shipping care and handling. Overall very happy with my purchase.
