improve packaging the roses are beautiful, they smell like real flowers, but the packaging damages their beauty, since it has a white foam stick to hold it, which covers the decorative box where the roses come. because the flowers cannot be taken out of the transparent box it looks like a cheap fairground gift

What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.

Not computer savvy overheard about these roses so thought I would try them for my mom‘s birthday and went on the website and they delivered exactly what I asked for exactly when they said it was they have confirmed with emails they keep up with things 100% satisfied and look forward to sending more roses like this to my family and friends well worth it thank you.
