CAI was forced to pay an extra $100 when… I was forced to pay an extra $100 when my roses were delivered. You could have told your customers this prior to order, but you chose not to. Not only will I never be ordering again, I will be sure to never recommend your products and make sure people know about my very negative experience. Thank you.

GBrequested cancelation and go no reply I requested a cancelation and received neither reply nor refund with a full month to go before delivery date. What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.

GBBeautiful roses but scented without knowledge The roses and packaging was perfect but there was no place in the ordering process where it mentioned that the roses would be sprayed with a scent. We are allergic to scents so it was very upsetting to see the beautiful roses and know it was scented. The florist said we had to choose the non-scented option and that was not an option when ordering.
