What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.

Timely, specialized gift! This was a Birthday Gift to a friend's mother whose own Mother, Rose, passed away earlier this year. The beautifully packaged preserved pink rose was the perfect gift to help heal and memorialize the mother's passing. The gift was very much appreciated! First time experience with internal… First time experience with internal roses. Not computer savvy overheard about these roses so thought I would try them for my mom‘s birthday and went on the website and they delivered exactly what I asked for exactly when they said it was they have confirmed with emails they keep up with things 100% satisfied and look forward to sending more roses like this to my family and friends well worth it thank you. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5… The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star rating is that having sent the flowers to a loved one recovering from a hospital visit, I never actually got to see them (the roses) in person. The order process and delivery process went well and your follow up was excellent. I hope to see your product up close and personal someday soon so I can give you the full five stars!
