GBIt's impossible to speak to anyone It's impossible to speak to anyone. Their policy says you can cancel up to 24 hours without being charged. I rescheduled my appointment 48 hours ahead of time and they did not notify the cleaner, so I'm going to be charged anyway. If you have any issue, there is no way of speaking to a human at all. They charge $50 monthly, no customer support. I'll never use them again!

GBYou are stuck in a contract membershi for 6 months You are stuck in a contract membership for 6 month at $49 every month and every 6 months it starts over. My second 6 months they charged me $154.25 for early cancelation. Just be prepared that you are stuck in the membership for 6 months at $49 a month

GBThe experience has been awful The experience has been awful. We have had about five no-shows, two after the cleaning was supposed to start. Given that we stayed home for the no-shows it was super inconvenient. The two cleanings we did have were mediocre at best. One was a good cleaner but incredibly slow. After four hours, she had only completed the kitchen. The second seemed to be under the influence. I have now chosen to terminate the agreement early. That will cost me $175. Which makes the first cleaner $53 per hour.
