GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.

GBImpossible to replace part without a… Impossible to replace part without a diagram. Went to web and there were so many variations. The seller should asked for more specific information on the exact vac model, or give me a phone number to call at Dyson.

GBJust wanted to say WOW what a company Just wanted to say WOW what a company, ordered parts on-line on Thanksgiving day (22 Nov) and received them on Saturday (24 Nov) afternoon. Now that's what I call service, something unheard now a days from other companies. Another thing I didn't notice when I placed my order was your in Michigan another plus in my book. I'll be installing all the new parts today and look forward to hearing our Dyson DC17 humming like brand new one again. Again Thank you for the great service and if I ever need any parts again I'll be contacting you again.

GBGreat site for identifying the parts… Great site for identifying the needed parts, backed up by a solid inventory. I ordered several parts for 2 different Dysons, and they all arrived very quickly and were OEM parts. The prices are just a bit high, I think, but having the right parts, well-indexed, and in-stock makes it worthwhile.

GBReally impressed with speed and responsiveness I was very happy with my experience ordering from Vacuum Direct! I actually misplaced the tracking number and emailed them about it shortly after my purchase. I got a response from their customer service persons almost immediately with the number. Woohoo! Plus i got the vacuum that I ordered in less than 3 full business days when I was expecting it in 5. Now that's service!
