GBMy first time to fix my own vacuum I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE I placed an order for items totaling over $100. They confirmed order and immediately charged me. After a week with no further information about shipping or any updates at all, I emailed and called them. Email went unanswered and their “customer service” call line automatically bumps to voicemail, which I left, also unanswered. Weeks later, several more emails and voicemails later, still zero response, zero updates, and no items from my order have been sent to me. I am in process of disputing charges and consider this company to be a complete scam. How reputable vacuum brands (Dyson, Miele etc.) are sold on their site is unbelievable to me, they should discontinue their relationship with this company completely. In short, total scammers! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

GBBrilliant thanks Ordered a vacuum via eBay. the item arrived sooner than expected packed very safely not original box but this was in the advert and packed better then original anyway. All extra parts included. clean tidy ready to go still fantastic little vacuum. And price very well. thanks will recommend to anyone after a cheap vacuum.

GBJust wanted to say WOW what a company Just wanted to say WOW what a company, ordered parts on-line on Thanksgiving day (22 Nov) and received them on Saturday (24 Nov) afternoon. Now that's what I call service, something unheard now a days from other companies. Another thing I didn't notice when I placed my order was your in Michigan another plus in my book. I'll be installing all the new parts today and look forward to hearing our Dyson DC17 humming like brand new one again. Again Thank you for the great service and if I ever need any parts again I'll be contacting you again.
