GBGreat value OEM replacement Even though this part was not a complete replacement for my failed Dyson Animal motor body (no power take-off for the power brush head attachment), by swapping the circuit board covers, it was made operational. The replacement unit is brand new and has restored the functionality of my hand-held vacuum to "like new". Unit arrived quickly and is a great value OEM replacement. Thank You!

GBGreat site for identifying the parts… Great site for identifying the needed parts, backed up by a solid inventory. I ordered several parts for 2 different Dysons, and they all arrived very quickly and were OEM parts. The prices are just a bit high, I think, but having the right parts, well-indexed, and in-stock makes it worthwhile.

GBMy first time to fix my own vacuum I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

GBWish we had purchased elsewhere! We ordered a Dyson DC07 through their Ebay site. It arrived very quickly and for a refurbished machine we were happy. Unfortunately, only 4 months after taking delivery, whilst using the vacuum, it started to make a high pitched sound and smoke started bellowing out of the motor housing. We contacted the company via the Ebay and explained what had happened. A day or 2 later "Gary" responded asking me to explain the issues, despite having already providing full details. Since then nothing more, no response from them whatsoever, either directly through their contact link on their own website or via Ebay. We are now left with an unusable DC07, which was purchased middle of July 23 and despite their 1 year motor warranty, we have been completely left in the lurch. Ineffective customer service and a meaningless warranty, Will never purchase from them again! Awful.

GBWhat customer service? There is NONE I bought an end cap to fix my Dyson and had gotten the wrong part so I tried to contact them for a "hassle-free" return and to this day have gotten no response. I left numerous messages, sent several emails and NOTHING. I decided to go elsewhere. What customer service? There was none.
