GBBetter than working with the manufacturer I had ordered a part from Dyson based on what their website recommended. I waited three weeks for a part to arrive from New York (I live in Atlanta - I could have walked to New York in three weeks) and Dyson sent the wrong part. Calls to their customer service have gone unanswered. Vacuum Direct not only sent the correct part, they got it to me in less than a week. Funny how the actual manufacturer couldn't do that. Vacuum Direct has my business from now on.

GBNever Answer phone Call , And no email response I bought vacuum and suction was really bad from day one I tried to call them on number provided nearly one month but no answer at all they put me on hold more than 40 min and my call drops automatically . Tried to send them email nothing happen so far . Unbelievably Bad service

GBMy first time to fix my own vacuum I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

GBThis company is not accessible! Ordered a replacement part on January 14. It's now February 7 and I have received no updates regarding the status. Status online says "order confirmed". Followed up twice by email with no response. Found a phone number on the website and you can't speak anyone as they force you to leave a message. This is terrible customer service. Send me my product or return my money!

GBI had ordered a few items over a month… I had ordered a few items over a month ago and i got 1 item quick and good quality. However i have received several emails telling me the vacuum bags had been shipped only i still have not received them. So i can not in good conscience give more than 1 star a the vacuum bags should be the easier item to get as they are available at wallmart these days. I would just rather get them from a reputable dealer if that were possible. Thank you,David Eggen
