GBHorrible company Horrible company, I been trying to get out of their contract for months and they always find something to keep me hook, their faulty equipment will work for a few months and after that they will charge you for every technician visit. Stay away from this company, nothing but a scam.

GBNOT A GOOD SERVICE My service has required a technician to come out 3 times already, now a fourth time. Right now I cant gey accurate video events or skybell activity. I am still showing July 16th material although a technician was out her on July 20th. I have grown very displeased with this alarm service and equipment. Even when a storm rolls through, a customed sedvice rep doesnt even call to make sure tbe service lines havent been cut due to a burgular. Unacceptable service and the price and sedvice contract is too long for such bad service. At this very moment the skybell constantly rings, but No live events.

GBNorthstar home security is a complete… Northstar home security is a complete joke. They don't know the first thing about security or customer service. They lock you into a 5 year contract because they know its the only way they can keep your business. BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!

GBAuto-renew contracts without notice … Auto-renew contracts without notice should be illegal. Got stuck into an extra 18-month contract paying double the amount we would be paying with a competitor. So after 5 years, now stuck for another year and a half. Won't forget to send that written notice (that we weren't even aware of) this time.

GBNorthStar Horrible Customer Service My family (my mother) has been stuck with these people since June 2015. They automatically extend the contract 18 months and won't let you cancel it. Since the account was in my mother's name and she passed away, Northstar added my name to the account without any documentation, so it couldn't be cancelled. The hardware was run through a landline which was disconnected last summer. NorthStar is not interested in the customer having updated equipment either. The current equipment is 7 years old and beeps because ATT removed 3G towers. There is no monitoring as the equimpent is no longer receiving a signal. NorthStar is only interested in collecting their money from customers. All around NOT NICE OR PROFESSIONAL people. The word fraud comes to mind.
