GBVery Dissatisfied the salesman told me it would… The salesmen told me it would cost nothing because he was just switching out equipment because they bought out ADT. Which I do not believe is true. Then when installation is completed the phone verification lady explains its a 60 month agreement. I told the salesman I wanted to cancel and to remove the equipment and he tried to charge me $200.00, which made me laugh. I believe he was a sub contractor. I do not like people who say one thing and then try to change the terms after the fact. I Would never recommend this company.

GBExcellent Service I recently bought a house and took over the buyers contact. I have had nothing but dedicated employees trying to do all they can to assist me. Our installer Anthony V., is a great guy, he has gone above and beyond in educating me about security systems and other ways to keep our house safe. I would recommend GHS to everyone.

GBI had the same experience as most of… I had the same experience as most of you with this company. I call BS on this company not only for “requiring” a certified letter to cancel in the age of technology or accepting a cancellation over the phone but automatically renewing contracts because it was in the “fine print”. I sent the certified letter and told them to eat the balanced owed. I received another request for payment. I contacted AZ state attorney general and filed a complaint. That was in July 2022 and I have not received another correspondence from the company. I urge you file a complaint if are still not able to resolve your issue with this scam. The state attorney’s office was quick to respond and followed up with me after they had attempted to contact the office with no avail.

GBShady, sneaky, business practices Back in 2018 a technician was sent out to check my alarm panel to make sure it was working properly. When he finished I had to e-sign his form verifying that he checked my panel. He said I would get an email copy. That email copy was an extended contract my husband and I never saw or agreed to. When I called customer service to complain about it, it was a waste of time and we have been stuck in this contract for two and a half years. Sence they want you to cancel in writing 30 days in advance, I will send it 60 days in advance certified mail, return receipt requested. This is a shady company with terrible business practices. If they have to trick you into a contract instead of presenting it to you and letting you decide what you want to do, this is a company I don't want to deal with and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

GBMy motions detection that I was told… My motions detection that I was told would work so great is not working properly for me. I was sold on this camera that has been replaced and still doing the same thing. Customer service is another issue for me and that really sucks.
