Total garbage Total garbage. The only time anything got fixed on our system was when I fixed it myself. This is the only company I have ever done business with that cares nothing about customer satisfaction or service. Stay far away from GHS Security!!!!

We have had GHS since February 2018 We have had GHS since February 2018. The service is good, customer service when you can reach them is great. They have certain operational hours, so you don't have someone live to speak with 24/7 if there is a technical issue with equipment. However as far as being able to secure home and feel safe, they are great and response time is awesome.

Absurd Policies I tried to cancel GHS security over the phone with customer service, the policy wouldn't allow an over the phone cancellation or an online cancellation. I would have to type up a letter (before 30 days of contract end) and mail it saying that I didn't want the services anymore. Clearly trying to make it hard as possible to cancel or force someone into renewing their service. Very scammy way to run a business. Do not recommend!

VIO/GHS - CONSUMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! From reading the reviews, we are NOT the only one who DID NOT receive the alleged notice of change from GHS to Vio and the notice of rates change and the date it will be taken out. Adan - I hope you did not pay a lot for that "LEADERSHIP" crew you were BS'ing about. WE DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VIO. Cancel our account please and stop robbing your once happy customers blind!

Poor Customer Service Company is elusive when trying to cancel service. Apparently, no one can help you to do this, but instead they tell you a representative will call you within the next 72 hours. No one calls and one has to call back, only to be told the same with repetitive, "we're sorry" "I know this is frustrating" "I apologize" and really doing nothing!!!???
