This is by far the worst experience… This is by far the worst experience ever with this company. Lied to about the length of the contract. Do your research and read all reviews on other review sites about how many years your contract will end up being and about how you will have the hardest time canceling the contract after the time period is up!!! They get you stuck and if you ever try to cancel before the years they keep adding to your contract, you'll have to pay all the years in advance to cancel the contract. They get you stuck with them. It's a scam they work by to keep robbing you. Terrible!!!

Dishonest from the very beginning Dishonest from the very beginning. Said there was no contract and then somehow I’m locked into a 5 year contract! Said we would receive cameras and garage remote opening and closing. We received one still camera and they re-used old sensors that were already in the house we had just bought. Customer service is HORRIBLE and rude and causes you to have to defend yourself. Their installer was NOT licensed by the state when he installed our system and we never received an operator manual for our system. It’s had to be replaced since and we got a “new” one with reduced options. At least the old one looked better. Now our doorbell doesn’t work. Total ripoff and rude customer service. The last technician that came was, however, nice.

Shady, sneaky, business practices Back in 2018 a technician was sent out to check my alarm panel to make sure it was working properly. When he finished I had to e-sign his form verifying that he checked my panel. He said I would get an email copy. That email copy was an extended contract my husband and I never saw or agreed to. When I called customer service to complain about it, it was a waste of time and we have been stuck in this contract for two and a half years. Sence they want you to cancel in writing 30 days in advance, I will send it 60 days in advance certified mail, return receipt requested. This is a shady company with terrible business practices. If they have to trick you into a contract instead of presenting it to you and letting you decide what you want to do, this is a company I don't want to deal with and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Worst company Worst company. Very shady, awful service. Technician was nice and able to fix problem but then company comes back and charges you for euipment on “free” service call. System is never monitored so no faith that cops would come even if alarm goes off. Stay away

Absurd Policies I tried to cancel GHS security over the phone with customer service, the policy wouldn't allow an over the phone cancellation or an online cancellation. I would have to type up a letter (before 30 days of contract end) and mail it saying that I didn't want the services anymore. Clearly trying to make it hard as possible to cancel or force someone into renewing their service. Very scammy way to run a business. Do not recommend!
